Side Effects of Norandren

Norandren is popular for its lack of the common side-effects that come with many steroids. Norandren is also a steroid like all Nandrolone compounds that does not aromatize heavily although it still aromatizes at about 20% the rate of testosterone. Norandren can be used for both cutting and bulking phases, and is the other reason it is one of the most popular steroids in the world of athletics and bodybuilding. As with everything good that has a positive side, some of the side-effects of Norandren are as follows.

Norandren Side Effects for Male and Female Users

By using Norandren, you can expect some aromatization which refers to the conversion of testosterone into estrogen as well as you’ll need to concern yourself with this steroids progestin nature. I’m sure this is an anticlimax for the men who think they are forever free from the side-effects of aromatization, but it is true. Norandren is not 100% free of aromatization and even though it’s not that substantial it is enough to warrant concern. Due to aromatization, gynecomastia and water retention can occur, but the progesterone buildup can also greatly contribute to gynecomastia. Further, the excess estrogen can have a negative impact on blood pressure and cholesterol, but there is hope for all.

Female users can experience the side-effects too, specifically virilization as well as all the effects mentioned above with the exception of gynecomastia. Virilization means that you will have male features in your body. You will have a lot more masculine features, and if you have used it for a long time you may experience some of the extreme effects of Virilization like clitoral hypertrophy. For this reason, due to the androgenic activity, Norandren is typically not advised to females; there are better options

Prevention:

The first line of defense is an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI) such as Anastrozole (Arimidex) or Letrozole (Femara). AI’s actively inhibit the aromatase process from occurring and even lower the body’s estrogen and progesterone levels; as these are two of the primary causes of side-effects it’s not hard to see why they are advised. Further, proper doses are imperative; if your dose goes to high, this is what will have the biggest impact on blood pressure and cholesterol, and this makes responsible use extremely important. Further, you should live in a way that promotes the continuation of healthy and proper levels, and this means not eating like trash. If you use an AI, control your diet and live an overall healthy lifestyle, assuming you are not genetically predisposed to high blood pressure or cholesterol you should not have a problem. Obviously, if you already have high blood pressure or cholesterol, you should not supplement with Norandren or any anabolic steroid.

Testosterone:

If it is an anabolic steroid, and if you are a male, more than likely you’ll need to concern yourself with testosterone suppression, and Norandren makes no exception. Like all Nandrolone compounds, Norandren will suppress all of your natural testosterone production, and this makes the use of exogenous testosterone supplementation extremely important. If you supplement with exogenous testosterone, you will provide your body with the testosterone it needs, and more importantly avoid an extremely unhealthy and potentially problematic low testosterone condition. The form of testosterone you choose is of no concern; all that matters is you provide your body with what it needs.
